TERMS OF USE​

  1. Introduction -These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by nxt4sap Pte. Ltd. (“nxt4sap”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the NXT WebApp Launchpad, its sub-domains, and related applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.​

  3. Eligibility and Registration

    1. Business Users Only. The Platform is designed for corporate and professional users.

    2. Mandatory Information. To register, you must provide:

      • A valid business email address, and

      • Your company affiliation ( mandatory for all users).

    3. Accuracy - You confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.​

    4. Account Security - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@nxt4sap.com of any suspected unauthorized access.​

  4. Scope of Services - The Platform enables access to nxt4sap software add-ons, integration tools, documentation, and support materials (“Services”). nxt4sap may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to maintain or improve performance, security, or compliance.

  5. Intellectual Property

    1. All content, software, documentation, logos, graphics, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of nxt4sap Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Platform and its content solely for legitimate business purposes related to nxt4sap products or services.

    3. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

  6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.. You agree not to:

    1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;

    2. Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation;

    3. Upload or transmit malicious code;

    4. Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;

    5. Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools;

    6. Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

    7. Use the Platform to send spam or unauthorized communications. 

  7. Data Protection and Privacy

    1. nxt4sap processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore PDPA and the EU GDPR.

    2. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and acknowledge that your business email and company affiliation are required for registration and compliance purposes.

    3. You may exercise your data-subject rights (access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal) through our Privacy Request Centeror by emailing dpo@nxt4sap.com.

  8. Partner and Customer Accounts - Where access is provided under a partner or customer agreement:

    1. Your organization remains responsible for ensuring authorized use and compliance by its personnel.

    2. nxt4sap may share limited account information with the contracting entity for audit or license management.

    3. Termination of the business relationship may result in suspension or deletion of related user accounts.

  9. Security - We maintain industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never entirely secure. nxt4sap is not liable for breaches beyond its reasonable control or due to user negligence (e.g., weak passwords or credential sharing).

  10. Cookies and Analytics - The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies and analytics tools operate only with your consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

  11. Third-Party Links and Integrations - The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or integrate with services such as Microsoft Azure, SAP, or analytics providers. nxt4sap is not responsible for their content or practices. Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

  12. Export Control and Legal Compliance - You agree to comply with all applicable export, re-export, and import control laws, including those of Singapore, the European Union, and the United States. You shall not use or export any nxt4sap product or technology in violation of such laws.

  13. Disclaimers

    1. The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

    2. nxt4sap does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

    3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nxt4sap disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  14. Limitation of Liability - These limitations apply even if nxt4sap was advised of the possibility of such damages.. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    1. nxt4sap and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform;

    2. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed SGD 1,000 or the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.​

  15. Termination - Upon termination, all licenses end immediately, and you must cease using the Platform. Sections 5, 9, 13, 14, 16, and 17 shall survive termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

    1. You breach these Terms or applicable laws, or

    2. Your associated business contract expires or is terminated.​

  16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution - These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in English, with one arbitrator. Nothing herein limits mandatory rights under the EU GDPR for EU-based users.

  18. Amendments - nxt4sap may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://www.nxt4sap.com/termsofuse. Material updates will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  19. Entire Agreement - These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable partner or customer agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and nxt4sap regarding Platform use. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
